Located at Fullerton Hotel, this restaurant features spacious indoor seating and outdoor seating by the Singapore River. Our favourites include the seasonal Chocolate Pudding, Salmon Sashimi, seasonal crabs and Hainanese chicken from the buffet lunch.
One thing to note is that this restaurant does not serve oysters for any of its buffets, but for the quality of the foods we got and the prices for weekdays, it’s not a deal breaker for us.
Highlights on the buffet line include fresh seafood on ice such as Boston lobster, roasted leg of lamb and beef prime ribs, Japanese sashimi and more.
The drinks section includes free-flow Champagne, access to the Gin Parlour, Bloody Mary and Negroni on tap stations, with the last pour at 3pm.
The child price includes free-flow chilled juices and soft drinks.
There is also a three-piece strolling band and a dedicated children’s playroom for the kids.
