Undeniably the best wu xiang I have eaten. The ingredients are fresh, and the fried items didn’t have even the faintest smell of rancid oil.

I’m usually not a fan of the red squid item but this one here is tender and very flavorful.

The chilli had the right balance of tanginess, sweet and savoury notes and a medium-thick consistency.

Even on a full stomach, I have to order the fried prawn fritters, century egg (also fresh and of good quality) and the squid.

Fishball and fish cake lovers heads up! These two are freshly fried upon order and pretty delightful too!
