Kam’s Roast Singapore hails from the popular Yung Kee Restaurant in Hong Kong with a legacy that started in 1942. Prices range from $8.80 for a plate of Soya Chicken Rice to $48.80 for a plate of Golden Roast Duck that can be shared among 3 – 4 people. Last order is at 9.30pm.

We ordered the half duck for delivery and it was huge and tender. Very meaty, but certain parts were too salty.
I’d also have preferred the sambal chilli to be more subtle so that it doesn’t overwhelm the aroma of the duck.
